Hi, I’m Melody Klemin, Visibility Coach and Video Storyteller, and I’d be honored to work with you.

The incredible leaders + entrepreneurs I coach and film understand that in order to increase their positive influence on humanity, they need to become more authentically visible.

First, to themselves. Then, to the world.

Authentic visibility starts by looking inward. Through coaching, you will gain clarity on how to actively move toward greater alignment within yourself. You will cultivate a deeper understanding of why you want to be more visible and what that will mean for your own life, your people and the world. Empowered by this inner-visibility work, you will then begin to take bold action outwardly. You will share more of your beautiful self with creativity and dynamism. You will illustrate the transformative power of your work with confidence and soul.

Mel is a whole-hearted, wholly embodied person. Her experience in the world of performing arts and music makes her an excellent listener, and a conversation with her can feel like a symphony. Her capacity for being present inspires me to speak from my heart, and it’s not uncommon for an hour with her to elicit multiple revelations. But she pulls off this soul-searching in such an approachable, joy-filled manner that it never feels like she’s leading you on a path, she’s just making it clear to you that you can be completely comfortable being your true self, and that your true self is special, with a voice all your own.

Mel has a quiet intentionality in her approach to coaching. She asks questions in just the right sequence, really listening, and responding with follow-up queries that help you dig deeper into the topic at hand. My coaching sessions with her felt effortless, like I had the answers all along, I just needed her prompts to bring them to the surface. Once they were there, she helped me find clarity on many aspects of my business that I needed in order to be successful.

I had no idea what to expect when I started working with Melody. I knew that I had three particular areas that I wanted some clarity on, a mixture of business and life, and we dove right in. Melody is really kind and easy to talk to. I never felt any judgment, only empowerment from her. She asked me a lot of questions that really made me think about how I truly feel. I gained a lot of insight into how I want to move forward in those three specific areas and I started implementing the ideas we discussed and have seen great results!
